Elegant and finely detailed vintage Tiffany & Co amethyst Cross My Heart necklace, crafted in 18 karat yellow gold (circa 1990s). Amethyst is set into the necklace and measures 13mm x 13mm. The stone is in very good condition and free of cracks or chips. The necklace is a retired piece and no longer made by Tiffany & Co. The necklace is in very good original condition.
