14K yellow gold brooch or pendant set with a large faceted 31.75mm blue topaz center stone surrounded by round cut diamonds. Pendant bail is removable. Apparently unmarked but tested for 14K gold purity. Approx. overall length 2in., weight 34.8 grams.
