An 18K yellow gold necklace hung with a scalloped pendant set with 0.10 carats of round-cut natural diamonds and a .32-carat oval-cut natural ruby with very good clarity and color. Hung from this pendant is a round swinging rope-twist pendant (also 18KYG) with three round-cut rubies (0.23 CTTW) composing a heart (or three-petal flower) shape.
Stamped K18, 0.10, 0.32, 0.23 on the back of the pendant and K18 on the clasp.
