Charles Marion Russell (1864-1926) was known for Indian-frontier genre painting and sculpture. This sculpture is after Charles Russell’s Buffalo Bronze. Incised signature on the bronze and mounted on oval verde marble plinth base with inscribed plaque. Plaque states "Russell".
