Untitled Painting by Jules-Alexis Muenier, Signed. Jules-Alexis Muenier (French, 1863-1942) was a french painter known for his rural landscape paintings and photography. Many of his works depict his native Haute-Saone, a department in Bourgogne-Franche-Comte region of Northeast France, where he lived most of his life. This painting depicts a son and father in a field. His painting "Le Calme" sold for $216,000 in 2007. Oil on Canvas. Measurements: Frame: 22×25 Canvas: 28×36
