18k Yellow Gold Bouquet Brooch. Top portion representing flowers have 29 freshwater pearls. Basket section of bouquet consists of 45 round green sapphires weighing at total of .65 ct. Beneath are 59 round green sapphires set within the leaf design weighing at 1.30 ct. Stem at bottom consists of 9 brilliant brown diamonds weighing .65ct with a clarity of SI1-SI2.
