19th century French Louis XV petite carved fauteuil having ribbon tied cresting and ribbon carved circular back with beaded and acanthus carved arms raised on cabriole legs terminating on scroll toes. The back and seat covered in tapestry style upholstery secured with nailhead trim. Approx. height at cresting 36.5in., width arm to arm 23.75in., seat depth 20in., seat height 14in.
