Model of "The Robert E. Lee" paddle steamboat with gallery rigging, planked deck, paddle box covers, cabin doors and windows, twin stacks, wheelhouse etc., attached to stand. Approx. 12 " x 24". Note: Model represents the historic paddle steamer built in New Albany, Indiana in 1866 and destroyed by fire in 1882 after setting new standards for speed and passenger luxury.
