Travel in style with this chic travel bag from Louis Vuitton and manufactured in the USA by The French Company, likely in the early 1970s. The French Company manufactured bags under special license for Louis Vuitton in the 70s, long before the house set up boutiques within the US. Hard to find nowadays, particularly in this condition, these bags were only made for a short time making them perfect for the LV collector. Made from their signature monogram canvas, this piece features coated leather trim and rolled handles and is fully-lined in brown fabric. Fastens with a chunky zipper and push lock, just to ensure your items are secure. In very good condition given its age, this piece looks like it was rarely, if ever used with none of the usual scuffs or digs to the bottom and sides frequently found in vintage travel items.
