Vintage 10K yellow gold ladies ring having a large faceted colorless center stone. Size 6. Stamped 10K Pat’d VARI-GEM. Approx. overall weight 2.29 grams. Note: Vari-Gem was an American maker of fine jewelry in the 1st half of 20th century. Apparently the appeal of these rings back in the day were the interchangeability of gemstones.
