Important and rare 1950’s Cartier 14k gold ‘Roulette’ gambler’s pocket watch with operating rotating wheel bezel with arrow pointing at roulette wheel. Two tone dial with Arabic hour markers; sunken second register at 6 o’clock. Hung from a 10k yellow gold chain. Monogrammed A.M.S. on the back. Diameter of outer ring 1.67". Chain length 38".
