Monumental 18th century French oval giltwood and gesso wall mirror having a ribbon tied floral cresting over berried laurel leaves. The outer frame carved continuously with ribbon, roses and berried laurel leaves, enclosing the oval mirror plate within a beaded and rinceau decorated surround. Approx. height 69 in., width 49.5 in. Note: Mirror has been professionally crated. Due to fragility and age, we will not remove this mirror from the crate.
