Royal Vienna hand painted porcelain portrait plate entitled Bien etre, circa 1900. The border with deep cobalt blue ground with gilt encrusted cartouches and leafy and white beaded decor centering a waist length portrait of a beauty in green robe. Signed Wagner to the lower right. The backside with title and Bindenschild (bee hive) mark. Approx. diameter 9.5 in.
Condition: Plate is in very good condition. Does not appear to have seen any usage other than display purposes. There is minor wear to the gold enameling commensurate with age. Price tag of $1800 is still taped to the backside of the plate. All items are sold as-is where-is. With all faults and errors.
